Hearts of Palm Dip
Ingredients
1-14 oz can of hearts of palm
3/4 cup parmesan
3 tsp green onions
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream or greek yogurt
Directions
Drain and finely chop hearts of palm. Mix all ingredients in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake at 425°F for 20-30 minutes. Serve with a sliced baguette.
