Joo Ree Jang LLC provides a variety of personalized services, including but not limited to personal shopping, event planning, travel coordination, home management, administrative assistance, and recovery support. Services are customized to meet your specific needs and are provided as agreed upon in your service contract.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the services you are requesting.

• Cooperate with Joo Ree Jang LLC in a timely manner to ensure the efficient delivery of services.

• Ensure that all payments are made on time and in accordance with the agreed terms.

Fees for services will be agreed upon before any work begins. Payments are due as per the agreed-upon schedule, which may include upfront deposits or milestone payments. We accept credit and debit cards, ACH and PayPal. All invoices must be paid within 30 days.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hour notice. Refunds for prepaid services may be available on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the work and the amount of time invested.

We respect your privacy and will maintain confidentiality regarding any personal, financial, or sensitive information shared during the course of our work together. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent unless required by law.

While Joo Ree Jang LLC strives to provide exceptional services, we are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries that may arise from the services provided, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct. Clients agree to hold Joo Ree Jang LLC harmless from any liability arising from the services rendered.

Joo Ree Jang LLCmay refuse or discontinue services at any time, for any reason, including if the terms of service are not adhered to.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, clients will be responsible for paying for all services rendered up to the termination date.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and the changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
